So, what is this project, anyway?

Glad you asked! As described on the home page, songwriter Phil Lynch's musical hobby is taking the hymn texts of Charles Wesley and setting them to new tunes and arrangements. In early 2024, with almost two dozen arrangements written and performed over the past 30 years, Phil sensed it was time to do something meaningful with them, both for the good of individual people and maybe even for the faith at large.

So, as of this writing the project includes
• An album of new tunes and arrangements of timeless hymns (click "Stream" above, or "Signed CDs")
• This companion website with essays and links about Charles Wesley and entire sanctification
• Written lead sheets (sheet music) for church musicians to use
• Live appearances by Phil performing and/or teaching about these hymns at churches, seminaries, workshops, and conferences
